on "What Does It Mean to ‘use’ Generative AI?" that helped me with a nagging issue.I push PMs to uncover fresh insights and see past the generic/obvious/popular answers, which IMO aren't what LLMs are good at. (And by implication, outsourcing customer interviews/discovery to GenAI is a fundamentally bad approach.)
But other uses/users find value in idea generation (if you can sort good from bad) and task automation and busy work reduction.
